Each listing should have detailed information about sizing and/or a size chart image that includes weights and measurements.
I always recommend spot cleaning before washing when possible. Machine wash inside out in cold water, gentle detergent. Machine dry on the lowest setting.
If you need to iron the item (excluding blankets) please place a non-stick and heat resistant material between the fabric and the iron. (like pressing cloth, wax paper, teflon, etc)
Problems with an order
While I strive to send out only the very highest quality, in an effort to get orders out without delay sometimes things get past my critical eye. If that happens to be the case there is no cause for concern. I am happy to replace a damaged or incorrect item and all it will require from you is a picture of the issue.
NOTE: Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation along with photos of the item (with any tags still attached) as well as a photo of the packaging/original shipping label.

Don't see a design you are looking for? I offer custom work at no additional cost. Please note, I am also able to make custom changes to existing designs for sale in my shop. Please send me a message for any of the above and I will be happy to help!
Delivery Guarantee / Shipping Issues / Wrong Address Provided
I do guarantee delivery provided I have been given your correct verified address. If USPS loses your package, I will reship your item at no additional cost to you.
Our address labels are made automatically from the exact address that you provide in your order. Because of this, I am not responsible for any information that is entered incorrectly.
If the package is undeliverable (wrong address, no mailbox, etc.) and returned to me, you can repurchase a label from me and I can then send it again, or you can forfeit the item (without refund) and it will be donated.
